Opequon Creek Project Team
Baltimore Street Rain Garden
The Baltimore Street Rain Garden was a collaboration between the Opequon Creek Project Team and the City of Martinsburg. On planting day, the Master Gardeners donated their expertise and labor and Hedgesville Girl Scout Troop 442 donated their energy and labor as well.
